Certificates you track, with reminders before they expire
Keep track of dated documents such as a medical certificate or a licence, and see whose is missing, expired or running out soon. Members see theirs in their member space, and a ready-made automation reminds them before it expires.

Know what each membership still needs
Several signup forms, each for the membership it requests. Each membership lists what it requires, such as documents to accept, consents or another active membership. You see who is missing what before you approve, and members complete it in their member space.

Privacy and consent, handled for you
Record who is responsible for your members' data, publish documents in several languages, and collect consents for each purpose. Members can see and change their consents and download their data. Organisations sign their agreements with member studios in Linyup.

Your brand, set once
Set your logo, cover image, colors, theme and fonts in one place, and see them on your bio-link, booking pages, shop, member space, website, emails and the member app. Each page can still adjust a few things of its own.

No dates, on purpose: plans change as we learn from studios, and we'd rather ship it right than ship it on a deadline.
